- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the services needed. I require a small deposit to get started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can talk on the phone or over Zoom. I will review the Quickbooks file if you already have one, and send a quote. If you don't have software set up, don't worry! We can discuss your needs and I can set up an organized system for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience in my field and a master's degree in accounting. I've done taxes and worked in real estate, but I specialize in helping small businesses get their books in order.
