Jackelyn and her assistant did an excellent job! Our renters moved out and left an incredible unbelievable mess. She did the bathroom shower doors cleaner than they have ever been I think, made the beds with clean sheets and even did the windows! They restored our stove and refrigerator… actually our house to a clean livable condition. Although we could only pick 3 items we liked about their service, you can add value and punctuality to the list! They even came back on an item that was missed. Jackelyn was on time and did a great job. She is very detail oriented. She was kind and comfortable with my two Yorkies. She used my cleaning supplies at my request, but also made suggestions for next time. She is very efficient and friendly. It took about four hours for her to do a deep clean of my 3 bedroom, 2 bath home 2275 square feet. My house looks great! I already booked her for twice a month. I highly recommend her! Her price was reasonable for all the work she did.

I contacted a few companies on Thumbtack and was interested in a regular housecleaner and home care person, not a company and not a slew of people coming to the house, but a more personalized experience for my elderly parents. J and R got back to me IMMEDIATELY and within a few hours, I met her at my parents' home and got great vibes from her. Plus she understands my situation taking care of elderly relatives can be really difficult. She was on the ball and I showed her everything that needed to be done. She didn't even charge extra for cleaning a fridge that was a frightening biological nightmare and cleaned that thing so good it looked brand new. I later contacted her, very happy with the work, for some simple elder home health care for my mother as well as doing the grocery shopping for my parents. I can 't say more good things about J and R...I now no longer have to worry about finding a trustworthy person to take care of my elderly parents needs :)!!!!
