- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Standard rate for Private Events start at $150.00 per hour min of 3 hrs (Three Hours). Includes : DJ or KJ, Music, Complete 3000 - 6000 Watt Sound System, Standard DJ Lighting, Wireless Microphone Our Wedding Rates begin at $895 - $1,250. Includes up to 6 hrs (Six Hours) DJ / MC, Music Catalog, Complete 6000 watt Sound System, Standard DJ Lighting, Wireless Microphone. For your convenience we offer the option of Custom DJ and Karaoke Packages along with Custom Playlist and Pricing. We Call It. Build your own Entertainment Package !!!! Add from the following, as needed. DJ, Karaoke, Custom Play List, Standard or Large DJ Lighting Packages, Fog Machine, Video Projector, Up Lighting, Photo Booth, Dance floor, Power Generator, additional Microphones and Day of Event Coordinator.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone meeting to go over the event in detail. Second step is to have a personal meeting with our client at a mutual location and develop a plan of action. Third step is to make a trip to the location of the event when possible to be sure we are prepared for the event. We always listen to the client's needs and make recommendations accordingly.
