- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each transaction is unique so we work with you on finding the right pricing and can negotiate on who/how the compensation is paid. If we don't achieve your goal, we don't get paid. Your success is our success!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buying or selling a home is very personal experience. We like to sit down with you and get to know each other prior to entering into any agreement. We want to make sure your needs are heard and we will put together a plan that suits you and your needs. We are not high pressure. We understand that right now may not be the right time and are okay with that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 combined years experience in customer service, sales, and relationships. We have run small businesses and ran large teams in corporate insurance. We have both taken numerous classes that focuses on being better and growing our skill set for you our customer.
