Steve is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a trainer. I’ve had some experience with working out before and I’ve only really done it on my own so I wanted someone who could help me improve what I do know and start off strong with what I didn’t. Steve has the perfect blend of being flexible but also pushing you with the exercises. I can also tell that he takes into account your progression when making circuits and I’m so happy that I was able to find him. I definitely would recommend for others to at least try a couple of sessions with him.

Steve is fantastic! He shows up, he’s always punctual, he communicates…all the things you’d expect from a professional. But then there is his skill as a trainer. He is flexible and made things work even with my ridiculous schedule. His workouts are custom, and he pays attention. He is fully present and engaged, and encouraging! I look forward to our workouts, and this is exactly why I got a trainer-for the accountability, for the external encouragement. And it’s working. I have stuck to a routine that I wouldn’t have, had it not been for his partnership. If you’re looking for a great trainer, you’ll find one in Steve. Thanks for all your help Steve.
