FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounted rates for seniors, veterans and disabled individuals and have special rates for those who qualify. We provide in-home estimates or virtual ones upon request. You are able to call, message or reach us at our website. We also have a Facebook and Instagram page where you can find our information or just follow our journey. We have 24 hour availability and would be glad to schedule your next local move or cleaning service. Our basic price for a Monday- Thursday move is 120.00 an hour for 2 people. If you are looking for the basic Friday- Sunday, it starts at 150.00 an hour for 2 people. We have a minimum of 2 hours’ labor fee and an hour of travel time with our moving services. We do have pricing for customers who are looking to only move a few items and within 10 miles of the first location. If you are on disability or a senior on a limited income, we have special pricing if you qualify. Which is at the sole discretion of management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will take the basic information such as name, phone number, and your email. If there are any additional people, you would like to talk to us about the services or estimates. You are welcome to give us a call and we can set up an in-home estimate or we can do a virtual one or simply just answer questions. If you prefer our website has the option to input as many details as you would like and can start to give you an estimate based on your selection. It will give you the opportunity to look at our availability, upload pictures or lastly if you decide to book with us a way to pay for your deposit.
