My garbage disposal went kaput, of course at the worst time with my busy work schedule. I contacted Vlad and he came promptly according to my schedule, diagnosed the issue and replaced my garbage disposal the next day after retrieving the right parts. He has great methods to diagnose the issue quickly. He seemed very experienced. I appreciated his follow up texts for arrival, it was everything I could ask for in terms of getting a kitchen necessity fixed quickly and efficiently. Mostly I'm trying to give the final price for the project that is more clear for the customer. When the request is clear. Otherwise I offer to go with my hourly rate.

Getting a request, asking questions if something isn't clear, getting all needed materials, completing all the tasks, receiving the payment.
