Before I take someone’s money I ask myself how can I add more value than what they are paying me and it’s simple, just do a great job, treat people with respect and dignity, and if you make a mistake let them know and fix it as soon as possible or make it right. I can't say enough good things. It was a fairly simple job to move a wall mounted tv to a new spot. He took care of making sure he had the right people for the job. The work was clean and done quickly. Highly recommend.

Julio did an amazing job! Another company moved my fireplace 14 inches and remounted the TV using hollow wall fasteners. About 2 months later the TV fell off the wall! I had to buy a new TV and mount-Julio did an amazing job repairing the drywall, ran new HDMI cables and mounted the TV the RIGHT way-anchoring the TV to the steel studs. His service and timeliness were great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Vets and first responders recieve an 8% discount, thank you for your service. All pricing is flat rate and occasionally hourly. Please reach out for any questions. For ladder jobs of 15’ minimum $350.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them to call me so we can get a good introduction. I dislike texting period with customers (or with anyone), unless it is a must, it takes too long.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
New construction plumbing and service. A lot of sales and customer service work.
