Unfortunately, the interface does not provide a way to qualify a service or provide a menu of service options that differentiates the many different scenarios. When someone needs a solar repair, we can go out for free and take a look. It is reasonable to expect that as a service provider, we should be able to win their business by providing them with immediate and fair service. But we cannot do an inspection with the expectation of winning the work when there is no work to be done. You state that you simply want a battery purchase option that did not involve you purchasing a Tesla product. That is not a revenue generating proposition for any company. We don’t markup parts. So, you are requesting that any profit potential in this service be paid out in mileage and labor. You are asking us to pay for your business. We will lose money and if that is your intention, that is not mutually equitable. It would be dishonest to come out and quote you a price for the battery solution that was marked up to sufficiently cover our labor, mileage, and profit. We would prefer to tell you upfront in this situation, that we will have to charge for this type of a call and hope that you would be appreciative of our transparency. We apologize if you don’t see this as a fair disclosure. However, if you would rather try to damage our business by writing a negative review when we have done nothing but communicate with you, I am sure discerning customers will see right through this and discard your review as an outlier.
