- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our training packages starts with 1 day per week programs at a flat rate of $70 per session. We also give clients the option of training 2 or 3 times a week. If more than 1 person wants to train together, the additional person(s) are $10 per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with a new client is always to get to know the person more. We feel like we must be able to be the right match for each other first before we get into the process. We will then take a tour of the facility and we will have a chance to ask any questions at that time. Last we will complete the client process to join and then we will go over everything that we will do and need for our first few days of training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in my field includes : 2 years of kinesiology, I have the following certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine : Certified personal trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Sports Performance Enhancement specialist, MMA conditioning specialist, weight loss, speed and agility, fitness nutrition certified and certified boxing coach. I have trained people for over 10 years and have a football, basketball , baseball, track and boxing background. (Collegiate)
