- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for personal training varries based on the frequency of training sessions per week. All training packages are on a month to month basis there is no contract tieing you down. Training prices are as follows... 1 Session per week $65 $260 per month 2 Sessions per week $55 $ 440 per month 3 & 4 sessions per week $55 $660 Partner training is an additional $15 per session for each package. Online Training... $ 300 Per month Group Training... Please contact me for custom pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients start by filling out a medical history questioner and we discuss there previous fitness experince. Then we move into a physical strength and fitness assesment. We go over there current nutritional habits and discuss there fitness goals and expectations. Once all this information is collected I build a custom training and nutrition program. All training programs are designed based on the client's goals and fitness abilities. The training program is built on progression. Each week making small progressions and taking on new challanges. Each individual has there own starting fitness level whether it be a beginner with a sedentary lifestyle or a fitness enthusiast looking for a new challange or preparing for an event. Rest assured your training program will be custom tailored to you and with your hard work and commitment you will acheive amazing results!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold multiple personal training certifications as well as specialty certifications. Certified Personal Trainer ( NASM, NCCPT, ISSA, NFPT) Group Fitness Instructor ( ISSA. ACE) Strength & Conditioning Certification ( ISSA) Weight Loss Specialist (ACE) TRX Certified (TRX) I have also collected countless continuing eduaction credits in subjects like youth & Elderly training, kettle bell training, sports nutrition, aquatic exercise training, pre & post natal exercise.
