FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer affordable wedding planning and coordination services, including partial and full planning, as well as day-of coordination. I also provide discounts for Military and Veterans as a way to give back to those who serve. When I was a bride, I initially hesitated to hire a coordinator, thinking I could manage everything myself. However, I quickly realized how invaluable having a professional truly is. Even if your venue provides a coordinator, their role is not to create detailed timelines or manage the logistics of your day—that responsibility often falls on you. That’s where I come in. With my day-of coordination services, I step in a week before your wedding to ensure every detail is in place. My goal is to help you plan and execute your perfect day, allowing you to enjoy every moment without stress.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation with me is a meeting designed to understand your vision, needs, and expectations for your wedding. It’s an opportunity for both you and I to determine if we're a good fit to work together. What to Expect in an Initial Consultation 1. Getting to Know You & Your Vision - Discuss your overall wedding vision, theme, and style. - Talk about your priorities—what aspects of the wedding are most important to you? - Learn about your expectations for a planner/coordinator. 2. Budget & Planning Stage - Review your budget (if set) and discuss how to maximize it. - Determine how far along you are in planning—have you booked a venue, vendors, etc.? - Identify any challenges or concerns you have. 3. Services & How the Planner Can Help - Explain the planner’s services: day-of coordination, partial planning, or full-service planning. - Walk through how the planner can assist with logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and problem-solving. 4. Venue & Vendor Discussion - Discuss if you have a venue booked or need help finding one. - Review any vendors you’ve already hired and what vendors you still need. 5. Timeline & Next Steps - Go over the planning timeline and key deadlines. - If you choose to move forward, discuss contracts, pricing, and payment schedules. What You Should Bring to the Consultation: - Your vision, Pinterest boards, or inspiration photos. - A rough guest count and potential wedding date(s). - Any contracts or details of vendors/venue already booked. - A list of questions you have for the planner.
