I worked as a Property Manager for 13 years in SC, MA, GA and NV. Over the span of those years I have dealt with many cleaners who couldn’t be consistent for every cleaning. It started to become a nuisance having cleaners come back and forth to correct or clean items they should have addressed their original cleaning prior to move in day. Because I have that many years of completing move in and move out inspections as well as property inspections; I have grown an eye for detail and know what entails getting a unit ready for move in or even just a general cleaning.
