- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On arrival to your home or office. We introduce ourselves. Then we hand over your first time customer gift. Along with our Company's business card.. On behalf of our Management and Staff. While ready to put on a shoe covering we enquire with you if your home has a no outdoor shoe policy, before entry.Then we act accordingly to your reply. We then ask you. if we may come inside. When we enter, we pronounce a few silent words of peace and blessings upon your place each time, without fail.Also without you noticing. Then we ask you to show us the place and tell us about any areas of your concern. This gives us an opportunity to assist you with other services like carpet, windows, laundry, garage cleaning etc. At this point we listen, take notes and ask questions to build your in-house profile on how best we can be of assistance to you. This walk-thru assessment usually takes 5-10 minutes tops. We always tell our customers they can not give us too much information during this time. The more info we have.
