M3 Home Maintenance replaced my old dishwasher and I couldn’t be more pleased. James was super nice and professional. He was able to have the entire project completed in one day. James also repaired my front door as the hinges were misaligned due to weather. I highly recommend! Thank you!!!

I didn’t have a particular screw and he went to the closest Lowe’s and got the job done :) also was very knowledgeable on what things to look out for to ensure a great installation. This summer, my wife and I wanted to get some work done to our house to give it a facelift and to get the HOA off our back as well. We needed our exterior paint redone on our stucco house and trim, and also wanted the interior painted, baseboards removed and replaced, a doggie door installed, and our sliding glass door replaced with a french door. I submitted a message on Thumbtack and within several minutes got a call from James, long before anyone else responded. James was at my house the next day. He is professional, punctual, and we believe the pricing was more than fair, especially compared to corporate contractors. Work started not long after that and my wife and I are thrilled with the results. His team is a great set of professionals and each job was completed thoroughly. Our house looks fantastic, inside and out, and we didn’t break to bank doing it! Give this man a call, him and his crew are outstanding.
