- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Project Inquiry: We start with a friendly conversation to understand your project needs and goals. 2. Project Assessment: We review the details and discuss your vision to ensure clarity. 3. Resource Planning: We determine the team and resources needed for your project. 4. Customized Quote: We provide a detailed, personalized quote tailored to your project. 5. Scheduling: After you approve the quote, we’ll schedule your project based on available slots. Please note that scheduling is done on an instant booking basis—what’s available is what you can book. **Please Note:** For projects scheduled a month or more in advance, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is $25 for projects over $250 and $50 for projects over $500. We aim to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible, and we look forward to working with you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of experience as a union carpenter and completed 3 years of carpentry school. I’m also working towards obtaining my handyman license and classification as a journeyman carpenter/contractor. My training includes a thorough understanding of building standards and regulations, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and complies with local codes.
