- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
THE CUSTOMER SHOULD KNOW THAT OUR PRICING I BASED ON THE NEED OF THE CUSTOMER . WHAT FITS THE BUDGET AND WHAT OUT COME ARE THEY LOOKING FOR IN THAT PRICE RANGE AND FROM THAT PACKAGE. SO IF A CLIENT WANT A BASIC SET UP THEN THEY MAY NOT BE LOOKING FOR CERTAIN THINGS IN THE OTHER PACKAGE PRICE SO THAT'S WHAT A CUSTOMER CAN EXPECT OUT OF THE PRICING OF OUR PACKAGE PLAN FOR THE SPECIAL EVENT OR SPECIAL OCCASION .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A TYPICAL PROCESS FOR WORKING WITH NEW CUSTOMER. 1 CALL INTRODUCE MYSELF AND MY COMPANY. 2 FIND OUT WHAT TYPE OF SPECIAL OCCASION WERE TALKING ABOUT SERVING . 3. LISTEN TO WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHAT WE CAN OFFER THE CLIENT AND THE SERVICES THAT NEED TO BE DONE. 4 EXPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMER OUR PACKAGE PLAN AND THE OUT COME OF THE PACKAGE THAT BEST HELP THEIR NEEDS.

DJ seminars, videos , workshops , practice practice this is what I love to do so when you love something and feel compassionate about it all comes natural. Attending Berklee College Of Music this year for Music Venue Management/ promoter.
