This was a great experience. I'm so happy with the work that was done. Chris was very professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. If I could, I would give him more than the highest rating on this scale. He responded to my request for an HVAC service professional quickly. He reached out to me, and he was very aware of what type of equipment I needed to installd. He also informed me of a few items that I could purchase to accommodate the items that I was installing. He called 30 min before hisarrivala, giving me time to get my dogs secured before his arrival. Even though my dogs did get loose during his visit. He was very patient with me and my dogs. He gave me a great deal of very good information in reference to my HVAC. I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off, like many other technicians that I've come out (Best Air & Angi's). This was an overall great experience. I will be hiring Chris for other jobs in the future. I really like the professionals I've hired through this site. I will not use another site. This is the one for me. Great customer service means everything to me. Thank you very much
