FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is shown for a one-on-one. Please inquire for pricing for 2+, and group instructions. You may use your own yoga mat and accessories. However, I do and can provide mats and accessories for the duration of the class. We will go over this during the initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon request, I will email you a Google Form to understand your yoga background, any body discomforts or ailments, and Liability/Late Cancel Waivers. After you complete the form, we will schedule a phone call for your initial consultation to go over the form, and how I can best support you. Each class will be a curated sequence based off of our initial consultation, what your physical and emotional body needs support and growth in, and the journey of us working together. No class will be the same, as each class will be specialized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became a certified 200-hr yoga instructor in 2016, and since have accomplished a 300-hr E-RYT, 200-hr Forrest Yoga, Primordial Sound and Meditation, Pre and Post Natal Yoga, Birth and Postpartum Doula, Sound Bowl Healing, Somatic Embodiment Dance, and Embodiment Coach.
