What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically price by project, but every new customer gets 10% back towards future work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the project over the phone. After the initial phone call I will send over a proposal to sign with a quote for the project. Ongoing projects are managed case by case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from WGU. I also studied programming for 5 years prior to pursuing my degree.
