We had a water softness system installed. They scheduled our install for the same day as we meet with the salesman. The install went smooth. We are very happy with the service and the system.

Scheduling was a little rough. Had our appointment for yesterday morning with arrival between 9 and 1. I was told someone would call me with a smaller window the day of the job. I called in around 930 after not hearing from anyone and I was told someone would be calling me very soon as they were still working on the day’s schedule. I finally received a call back after 10 am and was told someone would be arriving between 11 and 1. I asked for another call back before arrival and received a call around noon to advise me that he would be at my house in 15-20 minutes. Troy arrived on time and had my old r/o system removed and everything hooked back up in about 20 min. It cost $70 and everything seems to be working fine.
In the future it would be best to not tell customers their appointment window starts at 9 when your daily schedule is not complete until 10 am. Yesterday was my day off and like most people, I had a lot I needed to get done before returning to work today.

Hi Karissa: Sorry you had a little problem with our scheduling. Our daily schedule is set at the end of the day before. However sometimes emergencies come in overnight (such as no water in the house or a burst pits, etc) and then we :scramble our schedule not only to accommodate those previously scheduled as well as the emergencies. Even with the “scrambling” you were stilll accommodated within your original time frame. We do apologize fore any inconvenience this way have caused you.Eric

Everything was done very professionally and in a very timely manner the only reason why they didn't get a five star is the price was a little bit high but you get what you pay for
