FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs I perform for my clients are core stabilization & balancing exercises, meal planning & food journaling, weight management, functional training, strength training and phone support. In addition, I share with my clients sale prices of foods that are available in the stores and supermarkets for the current week. Knowing that they are busy, it takes away the time they would take to review flyers & websites to find those sales. During the holidays, I share with my clients how to modify their favorite recipes to make them healthier without sacrificing it's natural flavors. I share with them how to enjoy the holiday treats without gaining the holiday weight.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I recommend to customers or anyone looking for a Personal Trainer/Fitness Professional to research the trainer they are considering to hire. What to look for: 1) Longevity: How long has the fitness professional been in their line of business. 2) Experience: Review the fitness professional's resume, bio or website to see if the fitness professional has the skills to meet the clients goals. 3) Presence: Does the fitness professional have a presence in their community? Does the fitness professional have a website? Are they listed locally? Are there any reviews written or posted about the fitness professional? 4) Contact the fitness professional and interview them to see if that expert is a match for you in terms of professionalism, personality, reliability. Sometimes people look good on paper but are not what you are looking for in person.
