Our firm has over 30 years CPA experience, helping individuals and small businesses with their tax, bookkeeping and accounting needs. We provide outstanding service and have the knowledge and methods that can help you minimize your taxes. We also specialize in helping our clients who have issues with the IRS such as not filing for several years, audits, levies and Offers-in Compromise. We have had great success in this area. Some examples of how we have helped clients includes one taxpayer filing 6 years of returns and avoiding a $40,000 tax levy being placed on their assets. For several clients, we acted as intermediaries and forensic mediation accountants to value businesses for partners involved in disputes and divorces. Our work was to obtain a successful financial outcome for our clients and minimize their litigation costs. In 2023, we had four businesses and a divorce where we were able to assist our clients with highly successful results.

Our fees are competitive for the work we do. Our service is extraordinary as reflected in our outstanding reviews and all clients have access to my cell phone to speak to me personally.

We meet with the client, interview them to understand their requirements and needs, summarize the results of the interview and then work hard to ensure I exceed those needs and minimize their taxes wherever possible.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting am a Certified Public Accountant and have worked in industry for over 30 years.
