- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We gave 3 main tiers that a client can choose from that meets their goals. It keeps consistency among all of our clients as well as make it fair pricing among them as well. If we gave everyone a custom quote some would get better deals than others simply because " I forgot what I offered another client". A portion of all of our proceeds not only fund the financial education of our community but also helps entrepreneurs launch their startups and train them on how to successful run a business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client recieves an initial consultation. We want to understand the clients needs and financial goals beyond the tax return or accounting service. From there we prepare the work, send it in for review, and provide additional resources/information that may be helpful to pur clients. We contact our clients on a quartely basis for tax clients, and monthly for accounting clients; to make sure they are still achieving their goals and if not figure out how we can help get them back on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Donovan is an enrolled agent with a Bachelors degree from Nevada State University. Jasmine is a serial entrepreneur creating, launching, developing and selling businesses. Jasmine currently teaches Entrepreneurship and Business Management at FAM Institute. Donovan and Jasmine are both certified Dave Ramsey Financial Coaches where they have taught over 350 students money management, debt elimination, and estate planning.
