- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we enter them into our system and create a work order for the job needed. We will then have one of our members from the remodel or repair department reach out to you for more details.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We began in 1981 as part of Pool Mart of Nevada and after a few years bought the service department. A little while later we added pool contractor services and opened our own small retail store in the Spring Valley area and soon grew to four retail stores, now known as NPS Pool & Spa Supply, with the flagship store having over 30,000 sq. ft. of retail and warehouse space. We found our niche in remodeling and building pools and sold the retail interest, becoming Nationwide Pool Service and Nationwide Pool Design to focus on making old pools look young.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
At Nationwide Pool, we work with individuals who own an in-ground pool, with services including: remodels, weekly maintenance service, and/or repairs. We work with both property owners, as well as commercial businesses.
