- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on size of pool and state of the pool. We do monthly charges for weekly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer, we do prefer to come out and see the pool and do an initial consultation. This is no charge to the customer. We will set up our services and bill monthly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did previously work with a larger pool company here in Las Vegas for a few years before venturing out on my own.
