- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New Customer Onboarding Process Initial Contact: 1. Collect customer details (name, contact info, address, service description, preferred date/time). Service Evaluation: 1. Schedule and conduct a consultation (in-person or virtual). 2. Assess the job, take notes, and prepare an estimate. Quotation and Agreement: 1. Send the estimate to the customer. 2. Review and address any questions. 3. Finalize the agreement/contract. Scheduling and Confirmation: 1. Confirm the service date and time. 2. Send a reminder before the appointment. 3. Prepare necessary materials and tools. Service Delivery: 1. Arrive on time and introduce yourself. 2. Complete the tasks professionally. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues. Completion and Follow-Up: 1. Clean the work area. 2. Conduct a final walkthrough with the customer. 3. Provide an invoice and collect payment. 4. Send a thank you note and request feedback.

At VIG, we are committed to providing top-tier training for all our technicians and installation crews to ensure they are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge. Our comprehensive training program includes: - Weekly Training Schedule: Training sessions are held every Monday. Participants: All technicians and install crews are required to attend. Content: Sessions cover a variety of topics relevant to our services, ensuring continuous skill development and industry knowledge. - Monthly Advanced Training In-Person Sessions: Once a month, representatives from the larger companies we run dealerships for fly out to provide advanced training. Focus: These sessions offer continued education and hands-on training, helping our team stay updated with the latest industry advancements and technologies. - Initial Training for New Hires Online Training: All incoming technicians and crew members must complete a comprehensive online training program before starting their roles. - Certifications OSHA Certification: Safety is our priority; hence, all new hires are required to have OSHA certifications. Specialized Certifications: Depending on their chosen field, new hires must also obtain certifications in specific areas such as: - Plumbing - Electrical - HVAC - Solar Our training programs are designed to ensure that every team member is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and compliant with safety standards, providing the best service to our customers.
