We had new roof tiles done to our home 3 weeks ago and the workmanship and quality of work performed by Jeremie, Jorge, Marco and their team were excellent. They layed double under-layment and brand new roof tiles to our single-story house and it took about 8 1/2 days of work; they had to cut short the work on one of the days due to high winds. Anyway, we couldnt be any happier with the results and ease of doing business with them. They were on time, did the work efficiently and with little fuss, and they cleaned up after they did the work. They are true professionals and Id highly recommend them to anyone that needs any roof work done. You wont be disappointed.

From initial contact to completed work. The experience was very professional and delivered high-quality work. My roof had not been surveyed since 2009 or prior. The issues identified were shown with photos and an explanation of what needed to be done. The price quoted was reasonable and within my expected range of costs (from researching similar situations). No doubt should I need future services, A Step Above will be my first choice.

I'm truly grateful I took the time to get bids from a variety of vendors. Though others were priced higher, ASA took a personal approach. As i was gonna have a solar panel system installed afterward, they even came back to inspect their work upon completion.This is where it truly counted... monsoon season hit, and there was a leak. They sent a team out the following day to see what happened. They fixed it and showed me pictures of the repair. I'm grateful knowing I have a responsive team to stand behind their warranty!
