They were very quick on the response and were able to work with us on both a time frame for the initial visit and the final project (replacing sagging trusses on the house exterior) After that, they were open to finding a way to price match to another contractor's estimate, and while that ultimately lead to the job taking an extra day longer, everything was done when we needed it, and it looks great. The replaced beams were 70~ years old, and not one of them was a full 10ft beam, meaning that the roof was starting to sag along them as well. now each one is a full beam, and the roofing along those peaks is flat again. Will definitely keep JW in mind and will reach out again when we plan to do a more extensive roof replacement sometime in the (hopefully not too near, but likely nearer than I hope) future.

Joey was reliable and quick. Between the atmospheric rivers and work schedules they managed to get the job done without getting in the house. Communication lacked a little but he was the only one of four roofers that came through. When they did get there to do the work several guys showed up and they were done in a couple hours. Everything cleaned up. If I hadn't been home when they started I would have doubted they were here. Next atmospheric river is here and there is no leak!
