Daniel was the lead for the roofing team. He was very prompt and professional with his estimate. His team came the next day to do the work after I approved the estimate. Upon exploration, the roof leak was more extensive than first expected, but he completed the work Immediately for the original estimate given. Very happy with their work.

I reached out for a quote on some roof repairs that I needed, where some of the external structure was buckling after 70~ years. Daniel was quick to respond within half an hour on thumbtack, and throughout all of our communications. He was early to our scheduled meeting time, knowledgeable about the needed repairs as we looked over and discussed the damage, and timely with sending over the estimate that same night (which was laid out simply with the needed materials, the scope of work, and the planned steps to complete the project). The provided price was very fair, and he was patient with me while I sought other additional estimates as well. While ultimately we ended up going with another contractor for the roof, I was still impressed with our interactions and plan to reach out again in a month or two for an estimate on some additional work that we also discussed that I'm planning for down the line.
