- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take the time and touch base with the customer about their needs to make sure I meet their requirements and that we are a good match. This helps both parties understand the expectations, develop a good relationship and go over important information as necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a plethora of online courses from color grading and theory to Lightroom (which I passed a LinkedIn Assessment on), Photoshop, Aerial photography, headshots, real estate photography and night photography. Many other trainings have come directly from freelancing under real estate photography companies as we meet to ensure I meet their expectations. My personal 'training' under my own brand has come through these courses as well as real life trial and error. I also have taken in-depth classes in Business and have worked in Human Resources for 8 years - customer service and people skills is always a necessity no matter the trade!
