Introduction
I've been boxing for about 8 years and fight professionally. I love boxing and im just trying to give my knowledge to others. Boxing has helped me overcome alcoholism and I'm hoping to help others if needed with addiction/mental health. I am very honest/straightforward. I hope to build a relationship with my clients and become more than just a coach. so hopefully I can show you a fun/cardio/technical training session but most importantly have fun.
