- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a free consultation. It is incredibly important for me to understand a persons movement history in relation with their current goals. I also like to use this opportunity to get to know the client and make sure we will be a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in psychology. A Personal Trainer Certification from ACE. A specialization in Functional Training. And 10+ years of flexibility and strength training from being an elite athlete.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been athletic. At some point about 4 years ago, I had coworkers asking me to help them get fit and create work our plans for them so I did and realized I love helping people find their movement.
