My names John, I’m a former mma fighter my overall goal is to teach you all the techniques achieve your personal goals.
I have 13 years of MMA experience focusing on Muay Thai, Boxing and BJJ. I also have experience training children with special needs, people with recovering injuries as well as local and Federal police’s officers and private security.
Currently teaching group classes and private sessions at Destiny health & MMA. Training sessions will take place at my gym or location of your preference. Training is focused around technique, experience and mindset to give you the skills and ability to not just punch and kick but use angles and movements to set up offenses and defenses.
Hours for training are 6am-8pm. MmaTraining Sessions are one hour long, we begin with warm ups move to technique of the day and we finish with pad rounds for cardio. Multi person session are available (4 person maximum).
Fitness training sessions are one hour, we begin with stretching and warm ups then we move to Hiit workout of the day and we finish with stretching.
30min pad sessions (prior training experience required) or 30min Hiit sessions available upon request.
