- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for the work that I do focuses on exactly how much work we need to do and how long it will take for us to accomplish your goal. I recommend everyone start training at least 2-3x a week if they want serious results. Set a commitment for 3-6 months for fat loss, and 6-12 months for significant muscle gain. Expect it to take time. You will need to be patient with yourself, however, your goals can be accomplished with enough consistency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you come to the gym, I give you a tour of the facility, then sit down and get to know you. We see if we would be a good fit for each other's personality , and then we talk about what specific goals you have. We then come up with a plan to get you to where you want to be, and then from there I take you through a sample work out so that you can get an idea of our training style, and get comfortable with exercise. Afterwards, we cool down, and then review everything we have discussed up to that point and discuss pricing, After you have seen what you like and wish to continue, we schedule out all of our appointments for a month, and move forward from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive practiced martial arts since I was 16 years old, starting with Karate (Tang Soo Do), and Boxing. When I lived in Japan, I practiced Jiu-jitsu, and phillipine stick fighting, then, I came back to the states, and Began practicing Muay Thai Kickboxing. As for general fitness, Ive been in the fitness industry for the past 6 years, was certified back in 2016, and have worked with people from all backgrounds.
