- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and the project ultimately determines what this would be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we do an on site consult. Sometimes that same visit can be the start of the project. We also do online consult where we can hop on a video call and see the scope of the project as well as meet and greet for the first time. From there, we can determine if we are best fit and estimates of pricing and range of time for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It feels like I have been training to be an organizer my entire life. I grew up with extended family who owned retail businesses and the store fronts was my second home. Then I moved more times from across seas, across states, even across same cities. It's when I started to grow my own family and realizing that the peace in the environments we created is a game changer for our function, our purpose and our journey, that made me really want to share with others an organized and harmonious environment that would be congruent to their own paths and journeys.
