- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regular hourly fee is $60 for organizing sessions. Packages and discounts available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Assessing the client’s needs, space, budget and timeline 2. Creating a plan, including products, time and costs estimates 3. Sort, purge, trash, donate, repurpose, recycle our client’s belongings 4. Assign a home for each item, then containerize and label 5. Maintain with follow-up calls according to the custom maintenance plan we created
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While there is no required certification or training in our field, we are professional members of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD) and follow the NAPO Code of Ethics. We are certified in Residential Organizing with NAPO, and Hoarding, Client Management, Interpersonal Intelligence and Chronic Disorganization with ICD.
