- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations with an attorney are free of charge. If you elect to employ our firm, there are no fees until we settle or obtain a verdict in the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential clients meet directly with an attorney at one of our three locations in Southern Nevada. If a client is unable to come in or lives out-of-state, an attorney will discuss by phone or video chat. Clients are kept abreast of their case throughout the process. Our staff of attorneys, paralegals and team members is unparalleled in the State of Nevada. Client service is paramount at Benson & Bingham, and we maintain this practice from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Benson & Bingham Live And Work In Southern Nevada In 2003 we opened our first office in Downtown Las Vegas. Since then, we've grown with additional offices in Summerlin and Henderson. Both Joseph Benson and Ben Bingham are Battle Born, having grown up and resided in Nevada their entire lives. We understand what makes Nevada law tick, and have close relationships with the judiciary and medical professionals throughout the State.
