- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3 rates for crew up to 4 man. larger jobs I can supply more crews. I have hourly rates and a 3hr min. only additional cost are a service fee of up to $75 depending on travel to you. if in Armagosa then there's distance to travel and cost incurred. we don't like to arrive and renegotiate. We are transparent as possible. if you have an over sized item like a safe or pinball machine. it's going to have a different fee attached but we will advise you this on the ph. We don't wantnyou stuck with us on moving day because your safes a little more . It's logical. Our guys are there to move you and that's at a min. of $490-$650 additional hrs after 3 according to our holy and size of crew.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk about customers move concerns and how we can help remove those concerns. We replace them with assurance thier belongings will be in good hands and thier time well spent. . cause we are gonna get the job done at the best price and in a timely manner. We educate them in all avenues they can take and why we are thier best choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 12 yrs in this company together and and combined moving experience over 30 yrs. Generations of moving or selling furniture.
