We will definitely use No Demo Mold for future mold remediation services in the future. As we coordinate a lot of repairs for our clients, we encounter a lot of flaky contractors, as well as contractors who do not follow up despite you requesting to be given status updates. From the start, No Demo Mold was quick to respond via Thumbtack and scheduling was all done online. We also really appreciate the fact that their techs took photos of the work and even pointed out the cracked pipe under the kitchen. They even called us to let us know what else was found that was of concern -- now THAT is great customer service. Additionally, the price of the remediation was less compared to other remediation services that would have required more extensive handyman work. Using No Demo Mold helped our client save a lot of money. We highly recommend using them!

At the beginning of the estimate, I was hesitant because out of four estimates Demo Mold was the cheapest. I went back and forth with Dustin and Chris asking questions because the competitors were charging this astronomical prices. The job was to remove mold from the wall and base that was caused by the water heater. Others wanted to tear down wall and baseboards that didn't need repair. To summarize the project my wife and I was content with the final project. Chris did a fantastic job walking me through every step, and I saw with my own eyes behind the walls to see if there was any moisture like the competitors were claiming there was. I highly recommend No Demo Mold for their honesty. Thank you, Chris.

A+ transaction! I had the pleasure of working with Dustin & Christopher for my mold tests, and both were 100% responsive to my communications -- before, during, and after the tests were completed. Following my first contact, I was able to arrange for mold air tests the very next day. Best part: the quoted price was what I paid. Now, full disclosure: due to deadlines in place, I chose to pay $20 extra to expedite my results for delivery w/i 72 hours. It would have been extra nice if No Demo had asked me up-front about any deadlines, but I also didn't mention it so I take responsibility too. Bottom line -- stop looking and just hire No Demo :) You won't regret it. They will get the job done right and you will pay what is quoted. Thank you Dustin & Christopher!
