- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's simple. One price per hour. If you require more time, you get a discount per hour, per day. I frequently have repeat business and recently gave a client a half-price deal for a multiple-day event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I bid on your event, please call me to discuss the details. My act has been refined over a 40-year period and is suitable for all ages and groups. Please let me know what you're looking for and I'll tailor my act to your meet ALL of your needs. Thank you for choosing Magic by Mark and I hope to "appear" at your event in the near future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, I am well-versed in the latest illusions and change my routine frequently to keep up-to-date. I've recently returned from a week-long magic convention where I acquired some new illusions from several of the top magic suppliers in the world. I've been awarded "Order of Merlin-Shield" for my magic service.
