- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages are modular! Just want an hour of strolling magic? No problem. Have your own camera crew? No problem. Don't like wizard readings... As the inventor of them I'm hurt! but no problem!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we hop on a call to discuss your event and discuss the experience you are trying to create. We discuss head count, entertainment options, catering and more. I'll let you know frankly and clearly if it sounds like I'm a good fit for your event and if not I'll do my best to refer you to the right solutions. From there we lock in your spot with a deposit and the show is yours!

Disneyland. The Magic Castle. CHOC. Make a Wish. Private Parties. Corporate Parties. Charity Events. Fundraisers... It would be easier to list who I HAVEN'T worked with.
