- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases, we prefer to send our estimator to get a first-hand look at the scope of work you are requesting and provide you with a fair priced estimate. This way you know exactly what you are getting into up front. No hidden surprises or lengthy by the hour projects running up a huge bill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our craftsmen, office, and administrative staff come to us with years of hands-on experience in their field. Additionally, all of us attend an annual convention for the franchise as well as keep up on trends and skills in weekly safety and training meetings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I felt that the Handyman Matters mission to elevate the level of customer service to the handyman industry was in line with my skills and vision for owning and operating my own business.
