Hired Jerezee to remodel two bathrooms as well as create two separate bedrooms from one large bonus room. The team was amazing. Communication was terrific and I had tradespeople working everyday. Completed the project timely, left the workspace clean and did an outstanding job. I've hired other general contractors before but the customer service with Jerezee was above and beyond any other.

Very unprofessional! They scheduled and appointment to look at my project, then 5 days before my appointment called to inform me that they aren't interested in my business. Really no explanation, just not taking on new projects. I wonder why they are on here if they aren't taking projects? Seems a bit peculiar. I've never had so much troubless finding a decent contractor on thumbtack until I moved to Vegas. For some reason, a lot of the contractors around here suck. I have found a select few good ones, but most are lazy, over priced and unprofessional.

I spoke to their Manager Ian and asked if they can come down for a quote for few repairs and possible remodeling to a house we're buying. He said the cost for them to come down is $900.00 for 2 hours, that's $450/hour!!! It's ridiculously high price just to get a quote. So I declined. This is not a misunderstanding. All I said is true, for you to charge a $900 for a home buyer that needs a quote for possible remodeling is ridiculous!!!

‏Rosemarie, all of our estimates are free for homeowners. Unfortunately in the past when people have been in escrow we have done estimates and then people receive information from those estimates that make them decide not to end up purchasing the house. So unfortunately for you, it is our policy that we do not do any estimates for any in escrow. F, somebody is interested in consultation, before they make their decision whether or not they’re closing escrow, then yes, we charge $900 for the consultation which is later deducted from the bed should you choose to go with our company. It is not for two hours, our consultation takes hours along with the hours we put in to write a written bid and do all of your different calculations. On top of that it is for the know how That we provide you in order for you to make a better decision whether or not you will continue and close your home. There is a lot of value in the fact that you will know in advance how much you should budget for construction and if that budget ends up being higher than you expected whether or not to continue with your purchase. The fact that you try to desecrate the name of our company Makes it clear to us that you are still not understanding the value of what we provide, but if you think that we’re out looking for $900 for a consultation fees you underestimate the amount of construction projects we do. We reached out to jerzee about a bathroom remodel. They responded that when we were ready to let them know. We then tried twice to contact to set up a time to come and give us a quote. We never received a reply. We have other vendors available so we will move on.
