- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimate is predicted on the square footage and number of rooms/bathrooms. When comparing two homes that are the same size, one home will always have more work than the other. The initial cleaning usually requires more work which is why the price is a bit more. After the initial cleaning, we can set up a scheduled weekly, biweekly, triweekly, or monthly DISCOUNT for any returning customers. Believe me, after the initial cleaning, you will LOVE for us to return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key to satisfaction. I like to send a reminder via call or text before arriving to the customer. Upon arrival, it is good to walk the home with the customer explaining what we will be cleaning and the customer can also ask questions about specific areas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in hospitality where I got a lot of training. I gained experience from cleaning the most efficient way to supervising the work we do and most importantly customer service.
