Our typical process for working with a new customer involves the following steps: Initial Consultation: We start by discussing the customers cleaning needs, preferences, and schedule Site Assessment: We conduct a thorough assessment of the customer’s space to determine the scope of work and any specific challenges that may need to be addressed. Proposal and Agreement: Based on the consultation and site assessment, we provide the customer with a detailed proposal outlining the services we will provide, along with pricing and terms. Once the customer agrees to the proposal, we formalize the agreement. Scheduling: We work with the customer to schedule the cleaning services at a convenient time for them taking into account any deadlines or special considerations. Execution: On the scheduled day(s), our team arrives promptly, and carries out the cleaning services according to the agreed-upon plan. Quality Check: After completing the cleaning, we conduct a final quality check to ensure that the customers expectations have been met or exceeded. We welcome feedback from the customer and address any concerns promptly.
