💲 New Clients: Get a special discount on your second service. Military and First responders: Enjoy 5% off as our way to say thank-you for your service. Seniors : Enjoy 10% off your cleaning service. Recurring Services: The more often we help you to keep your home clean the bigger the discount. 💳 Card on File to Schedule an Appointment. It's a policy of our company to keep a card information on file to hold any appointment. 💳 Payment Fees: A 3.99% fee applies to payments made by credit or debit card. ⚠️ Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $70 fee. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, due to any circumstance and the appointment is cancelled, a $70 no-show fee will be charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free in-person estimates at your home, business, or property. During the visit, we assess: -The type of cleaning you need (Deep Cleaning, Move in/out cleaning, Maintenance Cleaning) -The current condition of the space. -How often you would like / need the service (one-time or recurring service). -Based on the gathered information, we provide a quote tailored to your needs.
