- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices reflect the quality and effort of my work. I offer discounts for returning customers and regular weekly and biweekly customers. Loyalty is very important to me and so I like to be able to pass my appreciation on to my clients by offering discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with communication via text or phone in order to find out what your expectations and needs are and to learn more about the size and condition of the property. After we talk we will set up a plan that works best for you that meets these needs and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience and have cleaned for residential and commercial properties. I specialize in all types of cleaning including move out cleanings, organization and decluttering and deep cleanings. I have experience with all types of surfaces and flooring and come prepared with all the proper supplies and equipment.
