We had recently moved out into a new home and were getting this home ready to sell, so the house was quite dirty due to all the previous work that had been done, plus busy packing and not cleaned well for a few weeks. Over all, the house was a lot cleaner than before, but it looked more like a simple 'surface cleaning rather than a deep cleaning that it needed. Several areas looked like they had not even been touched. Ceiling fans were still dirty, master shower still had residue, the main hall bathroom tub wasn't even touched- it still had muddy footprints from the painters. Asked about windows and told it was an extra fee which I agreed to, but many weren't done or still had streaks. Downstairs the kitchen counters still had residue left on them, floors were washed but there were still a few spots that needed heavier cleaning. Stove still had grease around burners and oven hadn't been touched. Spent next several days deep cleaning again myself. He had to leave just as I arrived back at the house and we spoke briefly. After looking through the house and seeing all that hadn't been done, or not done well, I texted him my dissatisfaction , he offered to come back the next week, but I declined. Couldn't wait that long and needed to get everything done quickly to be able keep moving forward and get the house on the market to sell.
I admit I didn't do a thorough cleaning for a while, but only for a few weeks- not the 2 months you stated. And I did clean during that time, but a lot of it was from the painters leaving windows and doors open for ventilation and that did allow for more dirt coming into the house. Despite your "6 hours" of cleaning you did, there was still a lot of thing not even touched. Fans were still dirty, some of the window, which I paid extra for, were still dirty, the hall tub/shower was never touched- there were still muddy footprints in the tub from painters, the top of the stove still needed work and the oven was never touched, neither was the range hood. So please don't lay blame at my feet- there were still many things not even touched. Unfortunately I gave my billing info upfront- which should have been a red flag- against my better judgement. I hope you do improve your cleaning skills. And by the way- my home sold in 1 day!!

I am Facilities Manager for a mortgage company and manage our branches throughout the country. I hired Clean Bee to clean our new office and the office we were moving out of. They did an amazing job! We received our full security deposit back and the landlord asked if we had repainted. Would definitely recommend them again!
