- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on the specific needs of the client, the amount of work that is required, the time involved and the cost of equipment and materials. There are additional charges for travel outside of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City. Estimates are always free within these areas, however a 50% deposit is required in advance before work will begin and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the work for all new clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we like to speak with the prospective client first to get an idea of their needs, followed by an on-site meeting in order to prepare an estimate. From there, once work has been approved by the client, it will be completed within two weeks of receiving the agreed upon deposit. Keep in mind that not all jobs are created equally and most jobs can be completed much sooner whereas other jobs may take longer. We'll let you know how long a job will take when we prepare your estimate.
